Pricing
All prices on our site are in PKR. We work hard to keep our prices fair and transparent, but we reserve the right to adjust them, run promotions, or offer discounts without prior notice. If you’ve already made a purchase, don’t worry—your price won’t change after your order is confirmed.
Availability
We keep our stock as updated as possible, but availability can sometimes fluctuate. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you right away and either offer you a refund or suggest a great alternative. We want to ensure you’re always happy with your purchase.
Order Acceptance
- Confirmation: After placing your order, you’ll get an email confirmation. But, please note, this isn’t yet an order acceptance—just a receipt of your order.
- Payment: Once we receive full payment, we’ll dispatch your order within 48 hours. For Cash on Delivery (COD), we require a 50% advance payment to process the order.
- Payment Confirmation: Please send a screenshot or payment slip to our WhatsApp at +92 300 4233378 for confirmation. After that, we’ll get your order on its way.
- Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities on any order, just to ensure fairness.

Shipping Policy
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and here’s how we do it:
- Free Shipping on orders above 3,500.
- Free Shipping on advance payments (Minimum order of 1,999).
- Rs.250 Shipping Charges for COD or orders less than Rs.1,999.
- We dispatch orders within 48 hours once payment is confirmed. Please send your payment slip or screenshot to +92 300 4233378 via WhatsApp to ensure prompt processing.
- Our trusted logistics partners include MNP, Trax, PostEx, and FaxtEx (Daewoo). We’re also exploring more partners to improve delivery. Expect delivery in 4-5 working days, though it may take longer during peak seasons.
Loyalty Rewards
To say thank you for being part of our MHB family, we offer a Rs.200 cash discount when you sign up! You can use this discount on any purchase. Plus, as a loyal customer, you’ll receive 5% off every time you shop with us (excluding the first purchase where the sign-up bonus is applied).
Is it possible that we can name discount coupon? I have created a coin named Peeral, a digital token, equal to Rs.1. Customer can earn Peeral coins with every purchase, and each Peeral can be redeemed for discounts. The exchange rate is Rs.1 for each Peeral.
Currency
All transactions are processed in PKR. If you’re using an international payment method, foreign exchange rates may apply.
